Lindsey over at Enjoying Healthy Foods has created a yummy grain free granola bar recipe. It's so fast to make and super delicious. No grains means it's also gluten free.
I love that these bars are so nutritious and have a variety of nuts and seeds. They are packed with vitamins and minerals and would be perfect to stick in a lunch box or to have as an after school snack.
